BEforUkraine

BEforUkraine, a Belgian non-profit founded in March 2022, is dedicated to aiding the people of Ukraine. At the start of the war, this 100% volunteer-run organization facilitated the relocation of Ukrainian refugees, particularly women and children, to vetted host families in Belgium. As the influx of refugees slowed down, BEForUkaine focused its efforts on the procurement and delivery of vital supplies, including generators, refrigerated trucks, ambulances, rescue stretchers for helicopters to use on the front lines to transport the wounded, and buses to enable children to attend school.

Our Atlanta benefit event will raise funds for BEforUkraine to purchase an ambulance fully equipped with medical equipment and supplies to donate to Ukraine.

Leleka Foundation

Leleka Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, was founded in December 2014 by several Ukrainians living in the United States joining with several volunteer initiatives in Ukraine to procure and distribute medical and first-aid supplies to paramedics, emergency crews, and hospitals in the wake of the 2014 Russian aggression in the Eastern Ukraine and Crimea.

With the full-blown war lodged by Russia against Ukraine in 2022, Leleka is currently focusing its efforts on the urgent delivery of medical supplies to the front lines.

The Ukrainian word "Leleka" translates to "stork" in English. In Ukrainian culture, a stork symbolizes peace, happiness, home and family.

Hospitals in Ukraine are under immense strain that will likely continue for a long time regardless of how quickly the war can be ended. Doctors have been doing a consistently heroic job, but are in dire need of more trauma-related equipment and surgical tools.

Support Hospitals in Ukraine, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is committed to support Ukrainian hospitals with much needed modern medical equipment and supplies shipped from the U.S.
